[..YouTube..] @lonestarsam13 so far we’ve had it up to about 80 feet. There has been no other first strike testing other than out tests, we expect we can get FS to go to at least 100 feet.

[..YouTube..] You can look at how practical it is, I didn’t compare it to anything. If it used the same cartage but had a longer barrel at least the few shots you had could be effective. Even then its really still useless unless everyone is using one which would be incredibly cool.

[..YouTube..] @paintballdoctorJosh Goblin has confirmed that there will be longer barrels available for the Solo very soon. It’s definitely not a marker to be used in just a regular paintball game. It’s a special occasion paintball launcher.

[..YouTube..] Yah you can put whatever you want in the barrel, but keep in mind that it’s not supported by the Goblin company. Goblin actually has an airsoft barrel that you can get from Dealers.

any ideas on when Goblin will be coming out with new stuff? I think the idea is sick but every time i buy any sort of marker, in a few months i am stuck with the old model (ex X7 came out right after i got my A-5). I dont want to buy this and then have a revolver or something interesting come out and i already have this, not that it isn’t an awesome idea. Could come in handy for spy scenario.

Great question, Goblin actually tells us that any updates will be based off of the Solo masker so far. Upgrades will require users to have a Solo and then you can buy the additional parts from there.
