[..YouTube..] Shoots one paintball? How would this be effective on the field?

[..YouTube..] @DWINTERS14 yup, 1 shot per shell, the shells are reusable. You can carry multiple shells and reload them quickly. It would be great to have if you’re playing a scenario and you need to get across the field quickly, but don’t want to take all your gear and slow yourself down.

[..YouTube..] @ModernIntel I guess but if i was running that far, i would probably take an sp1 with a tank and a hopper. That’ll weigh barely a backpack. I mean i think it’s a step, but i can’t see it working with one shot. Maybe a burst of 3 or 6 like a revolver.

[..YouTube..] @DWINTERS14 either way, you can’t say that it’s not cool! We’re hoping to see at least a shotgun and revolver!

  • ModernIntel

    January 6, 2010

[..YouTube..] @PeskyDaMan The goblin solo comes with the marker, 1 shell, the air adapter and a MOLLE pouch. A shell can be used multiple times, you just need to recharge the shell after you take a shot, the price for all that is $99.95 CDN. You can get a 5-pack for $69.95 or single shells for $14.95. Our online store, Modern Arms has these for sale now.

Very cool! Can definitely see the benefits of having such a small marker! Hopefully we’ll be seeing more colours on the solo and some more products from Goblin!

No, the goblin solo has a metal trigger assembly. It feels great and is nice and sturdy!

Its a pretty neat idea for a marker! I can see loads of use for a one-shot marker like this!
But I think I will wait for the pink model… :P

[..YouTube..] i play stockclass phantom……. dont think i would ever ever shoot one ball at a time like that, ten round tubes and 12 grams is difficult enough. this gun is not worth 80 bucks.

  • ModernIntel
    ModernIntel
    March 8, 2010

[..YouTube..] @pballninja keep in mind that this is not meant to be used as a primary marker. Also, your phantom is quite a bit larger than a Goblin Solo is.

They say its new and made buy Goblin but like most paintball items its a rip off of an airsoft replica. Look up the Elfin Knights Gana-Tan and you’ll see what I mean.

Even if it is a remake of a Chinese/Japanese airsoft gun, it doesn’t make it any less of a new marker for paintball. The Solo has been redesigned quite a bit from the original airsoft design.

[..YouTube..] @ModernIntel how many shots do you get off of one air thingy?

  • ModernIntel
    ModernIntel
    March 29, 2010

[..YouTube..] each shell holds 1 paintball and air enough for 1 shot. The shells can be recharged in about a second and used over and over again.

  • ModernIntel

    March 29, 2010

[..YouTube..] Ya that’d be perfect. Goblin also will be bringing out a double-barrel for the solo so you can run a shotgun type marker too!
