Storyline
Operation Hard Knock
World Scientists, working for the “Union of Peaceful Nations” have been working diligently on a new “nerve agent” which will disable the “Anger gene” which they have determined cause humans to be inclined to violence and they claim have directly led to the 2 World Wars.
Rogue mercenaries have been searching for the heavily guarded laboratory for several years in order to capture the scientists and force them to alter the nerve agent slightly so that it will enhance the “Anger Gene” and subsequently cause violence on a global scale.
This they believe will topple the dominant Nations and allow their ‘brand of government” to conquer most of the western world.
While the Leading Nations military’s would prefer a massive defensive force to surround the laboratories, they also know that such a force would only serve as a beacon for the rogue mercenaries leading them straight to the nerve agent being hidden.
They have opted to provide a hand-picked 8 man protection detail to protect the lead scientist and prevent his capture.
The Mercenaries, (RM’s-‘Rogue Mercs’) have managed to triangulate communications and locate the secret laboratory to within a city block. They have been unable to pinpoint the exact building it is located in.
To send in a massive assault force would tip off the defenders during the assembly and movement of the assault force so the RM’s have decided to select an elite 8 man assault force to sneak in and capture the lead scientist and any data they can find.
To prevent it being smuggled out of the laboratory, the data is stored in steel safes approximately 12”x12”x12” thus preventing anyone from smuggling the information out under the clothing.
