I've read all the how to's on the milsig HE grip mod. I read that you have to upgrade the board to stop the 3 shot safety between selecting. I read that the APE board will fix it, do i get the A5 or X7 one?also does it eliminate the safety shots? Basically i just want to be able to switch from semi,to burst and maybe full auto with the flick of a switch and have no safety shots or whatever. Im new to HE grips and not sure how they work.

Good questions. I personally just did the exact same mod with my MILSIG. You need to get an A5 auto grip (with selector switch) and then get an X7 APE board to eliminate the 3 safety-shots when you go from semi to 3 round burst or to auto.

Overall, the A5 egrip looks pretty awesome on any MILSIG, and it feels great in the hand too. You will have to toy with the grip a little bit to get it to function properly, but it's really not that hard of a mod at all. It took me about 1 hour to get it working properly.
