Hi, there are a couple of different choices. The first and best choice is to use m16 mag pouches (both open-top and closed work great), these pouches hold the Tiberius mags perfectly and keep the mags safe and secure.
Secondly, you could look around the internet for custom molle mag pouch makers, I know MILSIG has a tiberius magazine pouch that you can get off of their site.
